Get on to the forum and let us know by next wednesday if you are accepting your ticket or want to be on the reserve list. I'll double check the updated points once they're in to make sure this is right.

If you do accept your ticket we will be collecting the £30 buy in the next poker night (which is wednesday - see other forum for details on that)

Anyone I haven't mentioned that wants a ticket. Stick your name on the forum too, you never know it might get down to you.

There are also other ways to win FREE tickets on the UK student poker website in conjuction with Betfred poker (details coming this week)

http://www.ukstudentpoker.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=index

Right in case any of you are undecided, here's aome details

The UK Student Poker Championship 2006 will be held at one of Edinburgh’s finest venues, the Edinburgh Corn Exchange, on the weekend of the 1st and 2nd April. For a 360 degree virtual tour go to www.ece.uk.com.

The Championship will have a maximum of 300 poker players, and so should eclipse the current largest poker tournament ever held in Great Britain, currently standing at 259 players – the Championship 2005!

It will be a Texas Holdem tournament with the buy in set at £30.

The top 30 places will be paid, so day one will be played until only 30 players remain.

Regardless of the blind level at the finishing time of day one, day two will start with a rolled back blind structure as advocated by many of the top European players.

No point in the rest of you even turning up if Furno's going, unless you want to play for second place!
